Approximately 10 years ago, Fabasoft created this department whose primary task is the organisation and processing of the further development of employees. These further developments and training range from basic to product specific training and training events.
The starting point is the basic training of new employees in "About Fabasoft". This gives all new team members an overview of Fabasoft products, the organisational procedures, an insider glance to the company and allows them to quickly gain an initial orientation within the company.
The product-specific trainings are held by Fabasoft employees/trainers who are experts on the respective products. The participants - customers as well as employees - are extensively and professionally trained whilst also simultaneously getting to know a contact person for the products.
External trainers and educational institutions are also appointed to offer employees specialist knowledge for different business processes. These include:
- IPMA Project Manager certification
- Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications
- Attendance at international technology conferences
- Training at the St. Galler Business School
- Presentation training
- Foreign language training
